I personally, have not yet seen Flame Skimmer in Imperial County.
I have seen them in San Diego County as high as 6.500 ft. at Palomar Mountain
State Park and down to about 500 ft. at Lindo Lake in the city of Santee CA.
Also Riverside County at the Palm Springs Arial Tramway at about 3,000ft.
